Consumer costs for our translation services are usually based on a per word basis, though an hourly fee schedule can apply under certain conditions. Certain variables can influence applicable rates:

- The type or genre of text;

- The quantity of text to translate;

- The complexity/flexibility of your request;
- Format (your text should be submitted in MS WORD format , wherever possible;

- Research required, if applicable;

- Customer's deadline

In some cases, services can be offered against a lump sum or all inclusive agreement, if the agreed upon total is paid in advance.

Please include your coordinates, including your name, email address, a valid telephone number, a summary description of the requested service and your deadline, where applicable.

We will confirm your request by email before work begins on your project. A 50% deposit is required, payable by major credit card through PayPal, our secure online payment processor. The balance must be paid before delivery of the completed job.

We will send you an email confirmation, detailing the procedures, if any, to follow once we've examined your request and assessed its particular needs.
